SKB Sails of Penryn are based near Falmouth, one of Europe’s premier sailing centres
SKB business partners David Spargo and Colin Bennett started the business in 1980 in Falmouth.
Our premises are now based at Commercial Road, Penryn which has a loft area covering over 4000 sg.ft. This enables the company to deal with some very large sails from aboard the super yachts, the largest to date being a mainsail weighing one and a half tons.
SKB are also well known for manufacturing sails for the Falmouth Working Boats and are sailmakers to ‘Gaffers and Luggers’ owned by local boat builder Martin Heard.
